Rufunsa Gold–Copper Project (Zambia)
AI-Driven Targeting, GPR / LOZA Integration and Exploration Design
An integrated exploration program combining AI-driven mineral targeting with GPR and LOZA geophysical surveying, supported by spectral analysis and geochemical data. The study identified structurally controlled gold–copper mineralisation associated with shear zones and fault intersections.
Multi-source data integration enabled the development of a coherent 3D mineralisation model, delineating both near-surface oxide zones and deeper sulphide systems extending to depths of over 500 m. GPR profiling defined shallow structural features and disrupted zones, while LOZA methods enhanced deeper subsurface interpretation.
The project resulted in the generation of high-confidence, drill-ready targets and a fully optimised exploration design, significantly reducing geological uncertainty and improving targeting accuracy for follow-up drilling.
